The police force succeed to arrest a fraud Man at Temeke,

Police Force has succeed to arrest a suspected fraud man his name Wilfred Masawe aged 38 a resident of Temeke in Dar es Salaam City. 

Mr Wilfred Massawe suspected to fraud people by using various techniques including rogue himself as a leader of Government Officer and to use a What sup network to fraud different people. 
Sometimes he telling peopleiin the group of whats up, he has sick person and he need some money contribution. 

Police has said somtimes he told people he is out of the Country and in his Country there is problem of disaster that occurred in the country and sometimes he telling some Officials to contribute to him because he wanted to transfer funeral to other area and he do not have money which is also not true. 

Also that Man, he was pretend as major leader of Christian religion (bishop) to tell the believers and leaders about organizing religious conventions aiming to make urge contributions to the religious. 

In addition, such all cases had been doing alone and had been operating by using mobile phone  through text messages (SMS only and not by talking.
